In cooperation with our local partners, mainly in Mediterranian Sea, tuna is caught live and transffered to cages for up to 5 months. During this time, quality food is used to provide the best possible product. We have accumulated many years of experience in order to deliver this high level of color and fat.
Both fresh (by air) and frozen (by vessel) are available; processed under our expert management for delivery to customers in best condition.
As a result of long experience, the tuna always receives favorable reviews in the auction within the Japanese market.
